To secure the booking AHS requires a non-refundable deposit (deposit amount is dependent on event and will be confirmed in quote). The deposit amount will be deducted from the total cost on the day of appointment.


Your appointment has been secured with AHS when:

  • Deposit has been made.

  • Receipt of deposit has been sent to AHS.

  • You have received confirmation of appointment from AHS.


By securing your appointment you are accepting of the AHS policy outlined above.



AHS recognises the unprecedented circumstances of the present time.

In the circumstance that your wedding and/or event has been postponed, cancelled or impacted by COVID-19, your deposit can be transferable to another date for any event or service. All deposits remain non-refundable.


Deposits may not be transferable to another date for any other reason than those outlined in the COVID-19 policy. Deposits are not transferable for cancellation of booking or change of mind.
